JNK Group was founded in 2022 by our founder James, who identified an opportunity to provide a more comprehensive and service-driven approach to the house and land sector. With a career spanning formwork, sales estimating and sales management, James developed an in-depth understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives — from construction and feasibility through to land, sales and stakeholder relationships. This experience became the foundation of JNK Group and its commitment to providing B2B clients with a true end-to-end service.
From sourcing and securing suitable land opportunities through to package creation, sales coordination, construction, settlement and ultimately handover, JNK Group works alongside its B2B clients at every stage of the journey. By managing the critical touch-points between developers, builders, sales partners and other stakeholders, the team focuses on creating a seamless and efficient process while providing clear communication and consistent support from beginning to end.
Together, the JNK Group team brings more than 40 years of combined experience across construction, property and sales, supported by strong backgrounds in operations, administration, marketing and communications. This multidisciplinary expertise allows the team to provide more than simply house and land opportunities — delivering the coordination, marketing support, industry knowledge and ongoing service B2B partners need to confidently take projects from land acquisition through to handover.

James
James founded JNK Group in 2022, drawing on extensive hands-on industry experience and a clear understanding of the opportunities within the house and land sector. Beginning his career in formwork before progressing into sales estimating and sales management, he developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry across construction, feasibility, land acquisition and sales. As Founder, Director and Sales & Land Manager, James oversees JNK Group’s land opportunities and sales strategy while fostering strong relationships with developers, builders and industry partners. His practical experience and solutions-focused approach continue to shape JNK Group’s commitment to delivering transparent, efficient and well-considered property solutions.
Verity
Verity joined JNK Group with extensive experience across house and land sales, residential real estate, marketing and business operations. With a double degree in Business (Marketing) and Public Relations & Communications, she combines industry knowledge with a strategic approach to overseeing operations, strengthening processes and supporting projects from inception through to market launch. Verity also brings significant real estate marketing and digital marketing experience, helping shape targeted campaigns, property positioning and digital strategies that support both JNK Group and its trusted network of developers, builders and B2B partners. With a strong focus on collaboration, communication and efficiency, she is passionate about creating seamless experiences and building genuine partnerships where every stakeholder is considered an integral part of the team.
Chantelle
Chantelle brings a strong background in administration, property and construction coordination to her role as Sales Coordinator & Client Liaison at JNK Group. She oversees the coordination of house and land sales, contracts, finance, construction progress and settlement processes, ensuring each property journey is managed efficiently from sale through to handover. As a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, Chantelle manages ongoing communication, tracks important milestones and works proactively to resolve issues while ensuring no detail is overlooked. With a strong focus on organisation, communication and service, she is passionate about creating clear processes and delivering a seamless, well-supported experience for JNK Group’s clients and partners.
